• Contact form: name, email address, telephone number (optional), message submitted — purpose: responding to the request, commercial communication
• Quote / service request form: business identification data (name, CUI, locality, field of activity) — purpose: preparing the commercial offer
• Newsletter: email address — purpose: sending commercial communications (only with express consent)

Upon signing a service contract, we additionally collect: complete identification data (CNP for natural person consumers, CUI/tax code for legal entities), operational contact details (email, telephone), access data to the digital platforms indicated in the contract. These data are processed on the basis of contract performance.

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): data necessary for providing the contracted services
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): data required for tax invoicing and accounting archiving (Law No. 82/1991)

4. Data Retention Period

• Contact form data (without subsequent contract): maximum 12 months from the last interaction
• Newsletter data: until withdrawal of consent + 30 days
• Contractual data: for the duration of the contract + 4 years (contractual obligations) / 10 years for accounting documents (legal obligation)
• Technical data (server logs): maximum 12 months
• Cookies: according to the duration indicated in the Cookie Policy

5. Data Recipients — With Whom We Share Them

Your data is accessible exclusively to:

• Authorised personnel of the Controller with duties in managing client relationships and providing services
• Technical service providers (hosting, email marketing, CRM, web analytics tools) acting as processors of the Controller and contractually obliged to comply with the GDPR
• Public authorities (ANAF, courts, supervisory authorities) only where a legal obligation or court order requires disclosure

Right to lodge a complaint: if you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

8. Data Security

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, including: HTTPS connections, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, periodic security audits, regular backups.

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, the Controller will notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours of becoming aware of it and, if the incident presents a high risk, will also notify the affected individuals without undue delay.
