1. Information about the Operator

This website is operated by AIFNICI DSAT S.R.L., trading name 0110 Marketing Digital, a Romanian legal entity, CUI 46667119, registered with the Trade Register under no. J20/1336/2022, with registered office in Vulcan, Hunedoara County.

In this document, AIFNICI DSAT S.R.L. is referred to as the “Operator” or “0110 Marketing Digital”, and the person accessing the website is referred to as the “User”.

2. Purpose of the Website and Services

2.1 The website https://www.0110.ro/ presents the commercial digital marketing and Google Maps optimisation services offered by the Operator, provides information about them and allows Users to contact the Operator with a view to contracting.

2.2 The services described on the Website are B2B and B2C digital marketing services, including optimisation of the Google Business Profile for ranking in organic local Google Maps results, in accordance with the packages described in the applicable Commercial Offers.

2.3 The Website does not constitute a firm offer to contract. The exact commercial terms (price, KPI, package, duration) are established through the individualised Commercial Offer and by signing the Simplified Main Contract.

2.4 The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of any functionality of the Website at any time, without prior notice.

3. Conditions of Use of the Website

3.1 Acceptable Use

The User undertakes to access and use the Website exclusively for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable Romanian and European legislation. In particular, the User undertakes not to:

• use the Website for any illegal purpose or purpose prohibited by applicable law;
• transmit, publish or distribute illegal, harmful, offensive, obscene, defamatory content or content that infringes the rights of third parties;
• access or attempt to access systems, networks or data to which the User is not authorised;
• use robots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to extract data from the Website without the written consent of the Operator;
• interfere with the normal operation of the Website or connected servers;
• collect or store personal data of other users without their consent;
• transmit spam or any form of unsolicited commercial communication via the Website.

3.2 Age Restrictions

The Website is intended for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are acting with the consent of a legal representative.

3.3 User Responsibility

The User is fully responsible for any activity carried out on the Website through their account or device, including for the accuracy of the information transmitted to the Operator.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 The entire content of the Website — texts, articles, service descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips, software, source code, design and interface — is the exclusive property of the Operator or is used with the permission of the rights holders and is protected by Romanian and international legislation.

4.2 The trade name 0110 Marketing Digital and all trademarks, logos and designations used on the Website are the property of the Operator or its licensors. No provision of these Terms constitutes an assignment or grant of licence.

4.3 The User may access and use the content of the Website exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or other use without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

4.4 Exception for quotation: Quoting limited excerpts for informative, academic or journalistic purposes is permitted provided the source is clearly indicated (0110 Marketing Digital — https://www.0110.ro/) and provided there is no commercial character.

5. Limitation of the Operator’s Liability

5.1 Availability of the Website
The Operator makes reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the Website, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Operator is not liable for damages caused by temporary unavailability.

5.2 Accuracy of Information
The information presented on the Website is of a general and indicative nature. Commercial information (prices, packages, service features) is indicative — the exact contractual terms are established through the signed contractual documents.

5.3 Exclusion of Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty.

5.4 Limitation of Liability for Damages
The Operator is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website.

8. Commercial Communications and Newsletter

8.1 If the User has given express consent, the Operator may send commercial communications (newsletter, offers, updates) to the email address provided.

8.2 The User may withdraw consent at any time by: (i) the unsubscribe link in any communication received; (ii) a written request to the Operator’s email address.

8.3 Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out prior to withdrawal and does not affect the performance of an existing contract.

9. Amendment of the Terms of Service

9.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website with indication of the effective date.

9.2 Essential changes will be announced via a banner on the Website or by email, at least 15 calendar days before they take effect.

9.3 Continued use of the Website after the changes take effect constitutes implicit acceptance of the new Terms.

9.4 Amendments to the Terms do not affect the rights and obligations under commercial contracts already concluded.

10. Force Majeure

The Operator is not liable for non-performance of obligations where this is caused by force majeure or fortuitous events within the meaning of Art. 1.351 et seq. of the Romanian Civil Code, including: natural disasters, armed conflicts, large-scale cyber attacks, major power or internet outages, legal or administrative restrictions imposed by authorities.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Romanian law.

11.2 Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

11.3 Consumer Users have the right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile or to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11.4 Professional Users (sole traders, legal entities) accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the Operator’s registered office.

12. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

12.1 If the User is a consumer and has contracted services at a distance (online), they benefit from the right of withdrawal provided by Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014: they may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of signing it, without giving reasons and without penalties.

12.2 If the consumer User has expressly requested the immediate commencement of the provision of services, they still benefit from the right of withdrawal, but pay proportionally for the services performed up to the date of withdrawal.

12.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional Users (legal entities, sole traders or natural persons acting in a professional capacity).

12.4 The withdrawal form (doc 4.2) is available on request or on the Website.

13. Complaints and Contact

13.1 Any complaint, report or question may be sent to: contact@0110.ro.

13.2 The Operator undertakes to respond to any complaint within 15 working days of receipt.

13.3 Consumer Users have the right to contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — www.anpc.gov.ro.

13.4 Users may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes null, void or unenforceable under applicable law, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to produce full legal effects.

15. Final Provisions

15.1 These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the User regarding the use of the Website.

15.2 This version of the Terms of Service enters into force on 3 June 2026.
